On the subject cited above it is to inform that Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Himachal Pradesh will be addressing children of all school connected with SMART VIRTUAL CLASSROOM facility probably on 11th December, 2017 from his office/ court chamber.
You are, therefore, requested to check/ ensure proper working of hardware & internet facility in all schools/ locations having Smart Virtual Classroom facility and be in the state of readiness so that, this conference can be conducted in a proper manner (List of these schools is attached herewith).
Further, HIMSWAN is also requested to check and assist technical issues in these Smart Virtual Classroom Schools as per protocol/ standard operating procedures please to avoid any problem.
